a few days back,
i sneezed through an hour or so of dusting and cleaning my room.
sneeze

without object)
to expel air
forcibly from the mouth and nose in an explosive, spasmodic involuntary action
resulting chiefly from irritation of the nasal mucous membrane.
i love sneezing.
it gives a great, wonderful sentiment of alleviation. sometimes i sneeze till
my jaws ache.
anyhow….while
dusting, i stumbled upon my old diary. again. God, i hate that small pink
*%$@#+^ thing! dah berapa kali dah terjumpa? as much as i want to burn it, it
also holds good memories. maybe i could tear off the good ones and keep it safe
and then burn the rest. yeah, will do. it will give such pleasure to set it
ablaze and watch it turns into ashes. bukan dah pernah terfikir nak bakar ke
sebelum ni?
remorse would be
too strong a word for what i felt when i read an entry in the diary. it wasn’t
as deep and as painful. but it still makes me squirm in my seat, toss and turn
in my bed. largely, i think what happened, happened for a reason. duh,
everything does!
now i’m still
contemplating whether i should bring up the matter again. i’m sure that
questions will arise and feelings will be perturbed. why now? why bother?
because there is this intense urge for me to apologise. the ‘what-ifs’ of
making the first move after months of not keeping in touch doesn’t help either.

never ever leave
matters unfinished. it will hunt you down and haunt you. but how am i to know!?
really, i thought it was over and done with. (bad syitah, bad syitah)

Rasulullah saw. bersabda
yang maksudnya:
“Sesungguhnya sah atau tidak sesuatu amalan itu, bergantung pada niat. Dan
setiap sesuatu pekerjaan itu apa yang diniatkan. Maka sesiapa yang berhijrah
semata mata taat kepada Allah dan Rasulnya, maka hijrahnya itu diterima oleh
Allah dan Rasulnya. Dan sesiapa yang berhijrah kerana keuntungan dunia yang
dikejarnya, atau kerana perempuan yang akan dikahwini, maka hijrahnya itu
terhenti pada apa yang ia niat hijrah kepadanya”.
